FED: Labor's transition plan undermines policy: Howard

JOHN HOWARD says Labor's decision to allow Australian Workplace Agreements to continue
operating for up to five years .. undermines their main argument against Work Choices.

Under Labor's new industrial relations policy .. AWAs won't disappear from the industrial
landscape completely until 2012.

The Prime Minister's told ABC radio if Labor really believed workers are being ripped
off .. they'd rip up the arrangements the day after they're elected into office.

Mr HOWARD says Work Choices are better for the economy than Labor's plan .. which he
says will threaten Australia's stunningly low level of unemployment.
